Bad service from McDonald Carletonville

I bought a burger at McDonald Carletonville a boerie burger with extra patty they did not add the extra patty and it was after I waited for a chocolate sundae for over 10min because they couldn’t figure the machine out and another lady who seemed like she is a supervisor or manager stood watching instead of getting my order to me because she saw I had been there for sometime she came and took the one ice cream they had poured I don’t know why… and came back after ten minutes and asked what was taking so long and even said she felt sorry for me but didn’t act as those girls were struggling to get the ice cream machine to work, the one girl kept coughing over the ice cream with no mask and getting home to a burger that had no sauce and the extra patty I paid for is really disgusting. I would like to compliment Reabetswe the lady who took my order she came from the payment station to come assist.
