Bad service from MC Donald's woodlands

I was at MC Donald's woodlands I had bad service of my life, from 2 ladies called kgomotso nd Abinah, telling me how they can not help me since no one was assigned to help clients, Abinah went as far as shouting at me for asking why ain't i getting help, won't i was shocked nd humiliated by those ladies, I don't think they position given to them is correct, please i might not be the first clients insulted by this women, can someone fix this matter we come to your shops to support not to exchange words with your cashiers.
