bad service from Mc Donald and Mr delivery

I ordered a meal through Mr D, I payed over the app and left a note for the driver to leave the food by the security guard but the driver never came. I called him he **** stating he came when I was waiting for him then he told me to call the Mc Donald of which the agent told me I will only get 50%. I. didn't understand that coz I was waiting for the driver he never came. I'm complaining about the horrible service I got and I want my money to reflect on my account all of it Order number is DFD***
