Bad service from Ermelo Mcdonalds opposite Engen garage

I was at Ermelo mcdonalds yesterday their service is too poor .we paid for a meal that we didn't get,the guy that served us got an attitude we were using drive thru. My family were so disappointed 😞 their meal got no chips and drinks but they charged us for a proper meal. I'm from Gauteng I wanted to solve the matter,but time was not on my side.
