Bad service from employee at McDonald's New Park Kimberley Northern Cape Province

Good day I am really not happy regarding the service that I received from McDonald's New Park in Kimberley Northern Cape province during the night shift from an employee by the name of Donovan. He was working at the drive thru he is very arrogant, ****** & rude! When we confronted him together with his manager he tried to physically fight my boyfriend, I would like further intervention to be taken.
