Bad service from a staff member

Dear McDonald's Customer Service, We visited your Limpopo (Tzaneen) restaurant # *** on 22/08/2025 at approximately 22:10 with my husband . Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience due to the rude behavior of one of the staff member Crew id - Mapaseka Lekoloana The staff member raised their voice when my husband asked a question about our order and when I asked her to call the manager she called her with the thing of my manager will not do anything about it anyway , we tried to explain to the manager whilst explaining the staff member raised the voice again then I realised that she’s like that even to the manager we were was very disturbed by the treatment not to mention that she was untied I understand that everyone has tough days, but this kind of treatment made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I hope this issue will be addressed appropriately, and staff will be reminded about customer service expectations. Thank you for your attention.
