Bad service from a manager.

This Morning around about am, My friends and I stopped for something to eat at the McDonald's store in North Coast road, Red hill, Durban. The drive through window was opened, approached and the first experience with the cashier was a great deal of disrespect, like we are at the store to borrow food or something.

The cashier left, we then requested to speak to the Manager ( Sinenhlanhla Mdletshe) who showed no signs of great communications s****s and customer service.

After that she just left.

While we are at the the window requesting for some service, no one responded but we can can the employees busy inside the shop.
