Bad service from a Manager

Today's experience with Queenstown McDonald's just put the cherry on the cake... I ordered a sausage mc****in with an extra hash brown but because I was in a hurry I didn't bother checking if my order was correct. I proceeded to where I was going and on the way I decided to eat (my husband was driving), only to find the ****in stale and looking as though some pieces were intentionally bitten off ? we then decided to go back and complain as they they also didn't include the extra hash brown. When we got there we told the lady in the window and she called the manager telling him what the problem is and all he said was "give them what they want and stop making an issue of it" without bothering to even show face. She (the "waitress") insisted he come to attend us and when he did,he asked how we expected it to look. I am very disappointed and shocked at how he managed to be manager yet he shows no managerial qualities. Our time was highly wasted.
