Bad service for MC donalds Goodwood

I ordered a chilli burger meal from MC donalds Goodwood and when I got the meal firstly it was the wrong burger and opening the burger box it was dirty inside, I also got the wrong cool drink.The prices goes up and quality is dropping. I called them and tried to explain and the person on the other side pretended as tho they wanted to take an order. This is my second dissatisfaction with the place.
