Bad service, food not worth it

I'm so Irritated, yesterday i decided to go McDonald's at Maponya with my kids, i regret that idea what a waste of money.. 1stly i get there i see ordering machines, i don't know how to operate them, i call the lady working there 'Tshegofatso' , to assist.... She just pressed beef burgers n left us yoh lol i decided to cancel n went to the pay points to be assisted.

I feel that's not a way to handle customers, iv never been humiliated like this in my entire life.

The lady Bongiwe Sthole assisted, she was so nice n helped me, we ordered 3 big macs wth 3 vanilla shakes all went well, until my orders wer ready i was told Vanilla shake is out of stock, the kids chose strawberry 1 dy wer so sad if i was told before ordering we wud have cancelled cz we prefer vanilla..... Got home d shakes r sour, i think dez vanilla but they trying to gt rid of diz other flavors, i cudnt go bk there again, already received bad service, now diz shakes was totally a mess... Iv indeed donated my R200 to them im never going der again.... I threw them away.. I think my order numbers wer 158, 161, 162 dy took ol my slips wen giving me orders, my kid's wer so Disappointed shame...
