Bad service

My husband and I bought food to the value of R 300.90 at Mc McDonald's The Palms K90 Drive-Thru North rand road, Boksburg. When we got to the window to collect food, we noticed that his account was deducted twice(R300. 90x2).When going to enquire, we we told that the money would be reversed tomorrow. Manager wasn't sympathetic and that particular staff member was not reprimanded. Staff do not focus and pay close attention to orders and this could make customers angry. Very disappointed. Never going back there.
