Bad service

Service is very bad some body needs to attend to their customer service,spent 20 mins on the drive thru bare in mind am in an Uber and it’s costing me more than I had to pay,they attended a white Gollf 5 GTi for 20 mins while we were in the line only to have a lame excuse,superior on duty was a dreadlocked guy looked high beyond working conditions
