Bad service

Today while i was on drive through at McDonald's Crossings center in Nelspruit, i placed an order of Bigmac, before the lady even ask me if that's all i want, i tell her I'm changing my order still talking to her she tells me i can't change my order it is already out, yet she haven't even ask me if that's all i want and tell me the amount I'm supposed to pay, yet I'm already told i can't change my order, next thing i get to the paying station i tell her to select account number 2,as the card have a credit and cheque card in 1 card, she decided to select card 1 although i specified which card i want to use, she tells me it didn't ask her, and the is no way my card doesn't ask, card one declined and i have to pay the bank charges for the decline transaction, lastly i get my food, i want to drink my cold drink, No straw, I'm really not happy with the service i received at all, also the manager came to the window to tell me next time i place an order i must be sure, yet they made the order before i finished placing it since i was still talking to the person who placed the order and still waiting for her to ask if that's all i wanted. Not happy at all.
