Bad service experience ever....Macdonald's Springs Mall

I have a macdonald app.It was my birthday in October and I received a free cone from Macdonalds as a birthday present.Today I decided to go and redeem my free ice cream.I arrived at Macdonalds springs malll and find a cashier at the till she greeted me and I told that I want one cone ice cream and I will redeem free cone from the app.She said okay.I redeemed the free cone and the cashier didnt tell me what was wrong she just disappeared and came back with the manager.The so called manager came and said who is redeeming now we dont have this,he greeted me with an attitude and I rep****.He also disappeared and came back with a very small expired cone with a very small embarassing Ice cream that even a 5 year old will not want,he made me pay R0.90c for that.I don't know if this is how they treat each and every client that comes into their store.
