Bad service.

I placed an order and it was taken to an incorrect address, the order was evetually cancelled, i called the contact center and spoke to someone who said she will call me back, the person never called back, i called the store in jewelery city and they said the driver is coming to Randburg, How can a meal be transported from JHB to Randburg, but none the less i never got the food, i kept on calling the support center but they would just pick up the phone and put in on the side, the app is also not user friendly, i cant lodge a complaint, i want my money back.
