Bad service

So my friends and I were driving late at night from Soweto to Krugersdorp and decided to grab some burgers because we were dead hungry then we got to McDonald's in Krugersdorp for a drive thru and asked to use the ladies and they refused told us they not allowed to open up even though we were buying... The lady who was taking orders delayed to take ours then went straight through ordered on the window it was bad the customer service has dropped it's no longer the same.
