Bad service

In the early hours of Sunday around 02:00 went to McDonald's in Vanderbijlpark to get something to eat. As i got there i was told the system is rebooting and they don't know how long is it gonna take. Asked the lady that since she works there and told me that the system does that daily around 02:00, how is it possible that she doesn't know how long is it gonna take? As i asked for someone who's in charge, was told that the manager is busy can't attend me. I then drove off to Vaalmall McDonald's where i also received the same treatment as in Vanderbijlpark, coincidently so the manager the was busy as well and couldn't attend me and the lady i was talking to gave me a stinky attitude.
