Bad service delivery

In this pandemic we try and also support the restaurants that are opened to keep them going yet they mess up your entire order. I placed an order on uber eats with McDonalds fourways crossing and mind you they do not deliver at my area and I made means to drive all the way and meet the driver halfway only to get that my order is wrong and you cant even contact them as they do not answer the phone. This is the second time such nonsense happens and the managers there dont even care. When you ask them how were they going to rectify the mess up they tell you there is nothing they can do as they are operating under strict restrictions but what about my money that I spent on *******?
