Bad service delivery

Disgust in poor service delivery. Made order via Mc Delivery at 18:52 for Pretoria North McDonalds to deliver food. Phoned again 20:14 to follow-up on order ... with promise it is on its way they were struggling with delivery bikes. Phoned again 20:35 with response they’ll prepare my order now. Spoke to Pta-North shift manager who advised it would be better if I collect. Drove to McDonalds Pta-North at 20:40 and behold when I got there they prepared my delivery and got out of McDonalds with an incorrect order at 21:05 - 2 hours en 13 minutes for a food order. Worst service and NO communication to clients.
