BAD SERVICE

Good evening,

I am from Witbank & placed an online order at 19:25 this evening (24.04.21). On the confirmation email I received, I was meant to receive my order between 20:00 - 20:15 (see attached confirmation mail). The driver only eventually arrived at 20:46 & the food was cold & the drinks warm & flat. I therefore did not accept the order & sent it back.

I am extremely dissapointed in the service from Macdonalds & this is also the second time I am having this issue.

I feel that I will no longer support Macdonalds because of this problem. I hope you will sort out this issue, or you will be sure to loose many more clients to your opposition.

Truly an unhappy customer.
