Bad Service

Good day,

I went to MacDonald's Lansdowne Corner 2 weeks ago , took the drive through option.

When placing my order i had 1 or 2 questions before ordering and the lady whom assisted was so abrupt in her response, i asked that she tone it down as i was merely asking a question. Eventually order placed and then we i got to the window and had to pay i asked her why she is so angry, and then she got even ruder and REFUSED TO TAKE MY PAYMENT - point blank ignored while i was at the window starting serving the customer in the queue behind me - i requested to speak to a manager who did not even apologize for service, he then eventually took the payment - he said he will address the matter and call me back which to no surprise he did not - he said it should take about 2 days to return my call. its been nearly 2 weeks and still heard nothing from them. I would like to understand if this is how the brand is represented and if it OK for staff to treat customers in this manner so many people have lost jobs yet people are so rude when they should be happy to be earning a living. Please may i have feedback!!!!!!
