Bad service

McDonald’s South Africa Upon ordering the passion fruit juice, i was given to as half empty and when I asked about it. The manager from the riverside McDonald’s said in a very violent and rude way that it’s no ice. This should be correct. He was pacing around making me feel very uncomfortable. I then took the order and left since he wasn’t willing to talk but rather make a fuss about it.

As I was driving home. I then realise that on top of getting my passion fruit half empty there were no chips as well. Now I had to turn back to collect them again I was told to drive through and waste petrol as it was packed. Upon getting to the window he is still rude as ****. I honestly don’t understand how mine was half empty yet the when I went back to collect the chips someone else’s juice with no ice was full.

Please advise what kind of money paid for the full one. The manager is on the 3rd picture as he didn’t want to give me his name but rather aggressive.
