Bad Service & Cold Food Wrong order

<p>On Saturday the 19/11/2016 22:14:53 we stopped to get some food before we go home after work. Already tired had a long day we place our order at the first intercom have to repeat our selfs 3 times and when we got to the last window we were told to wait in the parking lot for our order. We waited there for atleast 35 min when the food came it was a wrong order we orderd a Mc feast and they brought us a double quoter pounder med meal with 4 Mc nuggets so we sent the order back and asked for the manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>The right order was brought to us but no manager came along when we asked where the manager is it was told to us that the manager is busy and we can see him next time. Now this is utter bad service. We waited almost an hour to only recieve cold food and very bad service. We couldn't understand why they took that long in the first place there was maybe two other customers there they were not busy at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>On monday when i sent an email to Mcdonalds customer service i wasn"t contacted since. No apology nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is the way they treat their regular customers then everyone should know not to make use of their service.</p>
