Bad service

I went to McDonald's Parktown yesterday morning put it an order the serve was so slow they were having conversations and some busy on their phones and it took forever for my food to be prepared. When I left the store one burger was missing from my order I never checked as I was going to work and didn't want to be late. I had to drive back to get the burger. Such horrifying service...
