Bad service

I would really like to express my disappointment in McDonalds and how they handles my situation. I went through their drive through in Sandton and they omitted one of my orders but they charged me for it. I immediately phoned them to advise them and the person I spoke to first advised me in a condescending way that they never charged me and condescending tone really flipped my lid... This is not the standard of service I would expect from the RocknRoll McDonalds sandton. By me raising my voice they ordered the meal they omitted from a close by McDonalds and it was delivered via Uber but it had to take me raising my voice in order to be listened to.
