Bad service

I came to McDolnald Pietermaritzburg i place my order assisted by Zamile she is very nice. But my order did not all went through when she served us the Folder or wrap did not receipt on my oder she went to place it again. Halzalnut was about to be cold when she came back . She took to warm it ,it came back was not the same with faom I she then asked the manager Ncumisa Majikijela to assist Ncumisa said I must still drink it like that she van not change it. Bad service every from a manager.
