Bad service by Mc Donalds Sunnyside Manager

I had a very bad experience at Mc Donalds Sunnyside Pretoria last night, 2018/10/2018. The manager on duty was Dimakatso. I was on the drive-through, wanted to order the share meal which was R172 on the advertised board, I was then told that the price went up and I have to pay R177. I explained to the manager that as a customer, I have a right to pay for the price I see and not what I am told. I wanted to pay for the advertised price of which Dimakatso insulted me saying I don't want to pay because I have no money. It was not my fault that Mc Donalds Sunnyside did not update their prices on the board outside. It is so sad that Mc Donalds can hire such *********** managers who do not care about their customers. What shocked me even worse is when she said she does not know what is going on in the store, all she knows is that I must pay more than what was advertised. How can you hire a manager who does not know what is going on in the shop and also knows nothing about Consumer rights? Please hire more people who are knowledgeable and care about the customers. She was rude, *********** and knew nothing about Consumer rights. They have lost my trust as a customer, they do not care about their clients. She was not willing to help at all, as a result, we went home with no food. Teach your managers to have respect!
