Bad service broken Ice cream machine

I’ve been to the McDonald’s in gateway mall umhlanga many times and for the past 3 months their ice cream machine has been out of order it is certainly bad service when complained to the managers on duty they did nothing about it nor did they have a proper explanation... my family and I offend love eating out at McDonald’s and my daughter loves the mcflurry but however the machine is always broken it of inconvenience for me to leave the mall and go to umhlanga McDonald’s just to get my daughter the McDonald’s McFlurry
