Bad service

I ordered a sit in meal at 12h15 and i sat until 12h55 watching people coming in and out after me and when i asked i was told "your order is coming". I lost my appetite and eventually asked for a refund 45 minutes later and was told my order fell and was missed. If the order was missed, how is it that "your order is coming"?
