bad service ,bad attitute just plain rude

I was at mcdonalds in greenpoint last night in 22th of feb at 23:58 we went threw the drive threw to the orddering machine and placed a order the lady that helped us was very unfriendly and could not speak proper english we had to repeat our order several times and she was frankly very rude ,when we got at the pay window she did not smile or greet or make us feel welcome she just wanted the money there was a guy that approached the window and he was walking threw the drive threw and wanted to order a burger she told him to get in the que behind 3 car why is it that he was there before the 3 cars why should he go stand in a que its ridiculous how bad the service is that mc donalds give the staff is rude and they get the order wrong and not apologise at all ,we went to get the food at the last window and we were standing there for 10 mins at a empty window and when the girl arrived she got the order wrong also so why do they hire rude and incompitant people realy why hire people that cant smile . <br>
