bad service, bad attitute

on Friday(20th November) evening i was at mcdonslds- blue hills in midrand to get my kids food, the was a trainee lady working at the tills, after placing my order i had to wait 20 minutes to get my order, because the rest of the staff was serving the people on the drive through, not the people waiting inside the store, the trainee that was taking our orders, had to prepare our food, after complaining to one of the ladies, she took my till slip, only to disappear at the back, after waiting for an additional 10 minutes, i wanted to speak to the store manager who was not even bothered, instead of him helping out was the Que was piling inside he kept on walking around, the lady that disappeared with my till slip resurfaced and started helping me out in a rush, and when i checked my order in the car my kids drinks were half empty and yet i paid for full meals. not only is the store full of bugs, but the service was just BAD, FOR ANYONE THAT STAYS IN MIDRaND, YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO SANRIDGE SQUARE, THERE IS A BETTER MC DONALD'S THERE.
