Bad service bad attitude from Mcdonalds Mayville

I ordered the Mud Pie McFlurry at the very same Mcdonalds when the promotion came out and thoroughly enjoyed it. Over the weekend we stopped there again and ordered 1 Oreo McFlurry and 2 Mud Pie McFlurries. I was amazed at what was given to us. Firstly the ice cream was melted and runny. Secondly I did not get Mud Pies (as the previous one I ate and also the one on the add in the store was chocolate ice cream). The Mud Pies I was given was vanilla ice cream with oreo with a little bit of chocolate sauce on top. We drove back to the particular window and lady that served us. I said to her that this is not Mud Pie McFlurries. She took it from me without saying a word and just threw some more chocolate sauce on top. I said to her that is not helping as that is not what I ordered. She said unfortunately their ice cream is running but insisted that that is what the Mud Pie McFlurry is supposed to look like. I showed her the picture inside the restaurant so she could see the difference but she still had an attitude, just walked away and brought me back my refund. I will never go to that Mcdonalds again.<br>
