Bad service

I'm not happy with McDonalds at phillipi the junxion.i wanted to order the big mac medium meal and they told me there were no buns for the big mac and I was fine with that.and then I wanted to order the barbeque double medium meal and I was told there's no meal for that order I have to order the chips separately.when I spoke to the manager zukiswa she told me they were out of chips.now im wondering is it because it's in a black area is that why were being treated so poorly i have been a loyal customer and i always buy the barbeque meal for my son.im very disappointed with the service I received today.
