Bad service
Very dissatisfied with MX Donald's service.
We ordered 2 large meal and we supposed to get the happy socks for R40 , the order was mess. Mrs Albetina Magana fro. mall.of Africa was very rude and dismissive. She didn't even allow me to explain anything she hung up. We paid for the order and told me I can report her .
I am very angry because they forced me to have an order of was not happy about and refused to deliver the socks as per promotion.
I want my refund.

02 Nov 2019, 12:28I received a follow up call from MC Donald's head office advising that they will not rectify my order nor deliver the happy socks. Spoke to Khutso who advised I can proceed to lodge a complaint
Mc Donald's doesn't care for its customers all they care about is the money. It is very sad to have paid for an order and you not happy about.
