Bad service

My husband went to McDonald's today during the day to buy me shake and Orange Juice. (Drive-thru) I love their orange Juice,.to my surprise my Shake was half. I then asked him if he did drink he said no. How can they do that to a client, this is a pathetic service. Tried calling them on: *** with no response. Called jabulani Mall as well on *** still no response. I didn't go cause I'm on sick leave, and I'm struggling to eat hence ii opted for liquids. I'm so hurt and ii need to know what happened and my Shake back.
