BAd Service & Attitude

<p>I called McDonald's hamilton branch in pretoria cbd( ********** 126) and recieved the worse customer service from a lady who answered the phone,she did not seem interested in assisting us and was speaking to collegues in the back ground,We order all most everyweek and have never been given a limited option as she instructed that they only serving breakfast and do not have frappes after i told her we always order at this time and recieve what we ordered,she told me then i should try a different McDonald's or take the limited things she offered us,as far as i know clients should<a class="fwGmdw45P ayh57sfu6V" style="z-index: ********** 647;" title="Click to Continue > by Advertise" href="# ********** 2"> get<img src="https://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png" /></a> what use advertise and not what arrogant employees tell us to take,I hope this message is seen by the owner and franchise head office as this is unexceptable from a major franchise like McDonald's,it even goes against your own ethics promise to your clients and service agreement.I asked the lady what her name was and she clicked her tongue and dropped the phone in my ear!</p>
