Bad service at Wonderpark McDonald

I had a bad experience at wonderpark McDonald on the 13.09.19at 14:00 . I bought 2 smartie Mc flary (cash)and I waited 20 minutes for my order to be processed .when I asked the manager who was calling out the orders .she looked very upset and unfriendly . She did not even check my order she just said wait for your number to be called . While waiting 3 orders were processed and when they checked those orders have been given to the customers and no one was attending to my order .when I asked again after 15 minutes and demanding to talk to the manager. .the same lady said to me very rude I am the manager and there is nothing I can do just wait for your number to be called .
