BAD SERVICE AT THIS MC DONALDS IN OBSERVATORY

I have been going to this Mc Donald's for months but the service is still disgusting , from the poor service, having to wait more then 30 minutes for your food. I bought burgers yesterday and it was salty i cannot understand why!!! The service is ridiculous and when i ask for a refund or manager then they would start preparing my order. I am very much disgusted by that Mc Donald's you can ask for help and the ladies working there will give you attitude instead!!!
