Bad service at Mitchell's Plain Promenade

I would like to complain about McDonald's Promenade (inside the mall). I've raised this complaint 4 different times and nobody from McDonald's bothered to contact me back.

*I raised this complaint in person with the manager Norma *I raised it with the survey via the slip * I contacted them via Facebook * I tried calling the call center * I contacted them via the McDonald's app

Nobody got back to me. I was over charged and would like this to be corrected
