Bad service at McD’s

I am very disgusted and disappointed with McDonalds at Benoni. I placed an order at 09:08 and by 09:30 I still had not received my order. And when I finally received my order, it’s as if the staff there just threw the food in the bag, the food was placed untidily and my chips were half full. The staff there is very slow even the lady who ordered just before me demanded that they refund her, she was gatvol of waiting. Please do something about this!
