Bad service at McDonald's Waterfront

The Mcdonals at the Waterfront is very slow. One couod wait up to 20 minutes for their food. That's not fast food speed. They also don't check the orders before giving them to customers. I'm currently sitting with a burger I did not pay for. They need to restructure that branch.
