Bad service at McDonald’s Sea point

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mcdonalds Seapoint.

Firstly upon entering I had a bad experience with the security at the door. He had no respect when speaking to us. When we placed our Mc Cafe order he said we must collect our order upstairs. After we were waiting for 25 minutes for our order I approached the manager. I asked the manager to check on our order. She DID NOT DO ANYTHING AS PROMISED. We had collect our own order DOWNSTAIRS AND WHY DID THE SECURITY GET INVOLVED?
