Bad Service At McDonald's Mayville PTA

I have been so loyal to this brand because of their wod class service, I went to Spain and Holland and the service was the same as South Africa, my daughter loves this burger. Most corporate stores make an example with this company's service. Everytime my family craves for a burger I go to this McDonald's until I went to McDonald's Mayville. I bought a share box for the family with an extra big mac and when I got home I was shocked to what I ordered. I couldn't drive back because it's too far and didn't mind driving for a good meal and service. 1. The drinks were half full 2. There were no serviets 3. No sources 3. What's worse there was not even that Jalapeno source for the nuggets. 4. The burgers were dry very dry. I regret buying in McDonald's Mayville in Pretoria and worst part I logged a complain and none of their team bothered to contact me. my perception with this company has changed forever and I will never buy anything from them. I hate you McDonald's South Africa
