bad service at mcdonalds maponya

my experience with that branch is horrible-date 2024/11/16, I went there to order a mc****in @ 8h01 am and they only gave me my food 25 mins later after they gave everyone their food-what annoyed me is that three people who purchased after me bought the same items i bought but they were served before me and when i enquired about my food, i received a cold response that they'll give me my food and no apology whatsoever for the delay, they chitchat and dont communicate when there is a delay in things.
