Bad Service at McDonald's Krugersdorp

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the poor service and bad treatment we received this morning at the McDonald’s branch in Krugersdorp.

The morning staff members were extremely rude and unprofessional towards us as customers. Instead of assisting us in a respectful and welcoming manner, they spoke to us with attitude and made us feel uncomfortable. What was even more upsetting was the behaviour of one of the groundsmen/general workers, who also spoke to us disrespectfully.

As black customers, we felt looked down upon and unfairly treated. Customer service should be equal and respectful to everyone regardless of race or background. The way we were spoken to this morning was unacceptable and embarrassing.

In addition to the rude behaviour, the service itself was very poor. Staff members showed no urgency, no friendliness, and no proper communication with customers. A place like McDonald’s is expected to provide professional customer care, but our experience this morning was the complete opposite.

I hope management investigates this matter seriously and reminds the staff about professionalism, respect, and proper customer service. Customers should never leave feeling disrespected after spending their money.
