Bad service at McDonald's Jabulani Mall

I ordered a chocolate Sundae from Jabulani Mall McDonald's on the 10th of September 2022 on Uber Eats. I also added extra oreo which i paid for but not receive! The ice cream was also melted by the time it got to me. I have been trying to get hold of them since I recieved the order but the phone just rings! I am appalled by the service.
