Bad service at McDonald’s

McDonald’s at mall at carnival has the worst service. They say the shop opens 24 hrs but they close at 1 am. We were there to buy food but the cashiers gave us such dirty and stinking attitude and service and told us they are closed. What does 24 hours mean McDonald’s???? If you can’t serve us food don’t false advertise
