Bad service at McDonald's Boskruin Drive-Thru

Never been this disappointed with McDonald's that I buy at every morning for breakfast. I used my points to redeem my meal for the first time this morning and the service I got. Manager had the audacity to say the system is not working, I have to wait for another 30 minutes. At that time I'm going to work, I cannot wait for 30 to wait for them sort out the system. Basically, I paid for a meal that I never received. Not even the decency to call and apologize. Can I kindly be served
