Bad service at McDonald's Bloemfontein

I went to order McFeast Meal and Foldover Meal at McDonald's Bloemfontein in South Africa, Restaurant no: *** on 12/12/2024 at 22:03:23. I requested meals to be regular size and customized the drink for the McFeast to Frappe. The cashier gave me a medium meal and when I complained I was made to believe I'm the one who is wrong for not specifying which I did. The worst part is when the cashier and friend made a mockery of me with scorning laughs and sarcastic comment which were degrading to my person. The manager who was trying to resolve the matter by refunding me gave a less change and couldn't explain why I am still charge above the regular meal and the additional amount I paid for the frappe customization. The attitude of staff at this restaurant and their lack of empathy made to cancel the order completely and went to search for another McDonald's restaurant which was more than 6km away.
