Bad service at McDonald's

So i got to McDonald's Corner Paul Kruger and Pretorius on the 14 of February at 16:41, placed my order it was very full my order was called after 20minutes or so fine to my surprise they gave me cold fries when i took them back cashier ladies told me they can't give me warm chips because i took time to come and collect my order, they are not even loud even for us customers to hear them and spoke rudely
